Outdoor Living

This client dreamed of enjoying their outdoor spaces as much as the interior. Through a complete exterior rework, their front and back yards now house multiple gathering places, seamlessly connected through garden paths, terracing and landscaping.

A welcoming front porch with lounge seating, fans and heaters can be used throughout the year. Connected to the front yard by a vegetable garden, an expanded back patio now serves as an outdoor dining space.  Stepped down from the patio is a large multi-functional pavilion, offering a protected parking area, a place to practice aerial gymnastics (a favorite activity of the family) and a covered space to host social gatherings. By lending equal focus to both the spaces and the way they transition, this family now has an outdoor area that feel cohesive with distinct, inviting areas for gathering and connection.
